Hi! I am Gerben, your UX expert and Conversion Specialist! 👋

My career has always been defined by a drive to build, grow, and perfect systems, from designing the "smartest park of the future" to scaling high-performance e-commerce platforms. While technology keeps your business open 24/7, the real challenge isn't the interface, it's the person behind the screen.

Most people assume they know how their customers think, but the reality is often quite different. I use my background in behavioural psychology to solve the puzzle of user intent, ensuring your platform doesn't just look good, but works exactly as psychology intended.

Diagnosing The Challenges

Every collaboration starts here, with an honest look at what's working and, more importantly, what's quietly costing you conversions.

In this phase, we get to know your business, your market, and your customers. Then we review your website through the lens of behavioural psychology and user experience design, identifying the friction points that are stopping visitors from completing their goal.

The Audit package deliverable is a structured audit of your 3 key user flows (product discovery, product pages, and conversion), annotated directly on snapshots of your own website inside a Figma file. Every finding comes with a clear explanation of what's wrong, why it matters behaviourally, and a directional recommendation for what to do instead. Issues are ranked by impact , so you always know where to start.

The full Figma file, a prioritised fix list, and a 10–15 minute video walkthrough are yours within 5 working days. Whether you're a founder who needs plain-language findings or a designer who needs the full Figma file to implement, it's built for both.

The goal of the Diagnosis is simple: a clear, prioritised picture of what is currently limiting your website's conversion potential — and the confidence to act on it.

This is where the diagnosis and research become real.

Everything uncovered in the previous phases ( the friction points, the behavioural principles, the market context, and your business objectives) gets translated into a UX/UI design that is built to convert. Not a generic redesign. A precise, evidence-based solution shaped around your customers.

We work in Figma, iterating through interactive prototypes before a single line of code is written. This means you can see, click through, and respond to the design at every stage, keeping you in control of the direction without slowing the process down. Each iteration is grounded in the audit findings and research, so every design decision has a reason behind it.

This is not a consultant handing you a report and walking away. We diagnose the problem, and then we fix it, together.

Implementation is delivered as part of the UX Sprint, where diagnosis, research, and design work together as one end-to-end engagement. And because good UX is never truly finished, our UX Partnership takes it further, providing ongoing support after launch, so your experience keeps improving as your business grows.

RESEARCHING OPPORTUNITIES

With the diagnosis complete, we go deeper.

This phase is about understanding the full picture: your market, your competitors, and the people you're trying to reach. We look at how your website is currently performing — where visitors arrive, where they lose interest, and where they leave. Combined with the findings from the Diagnosis, this gives us a precise, evidence-based foundation to build from.

Depending on your situation, this can include market research, competitor benchmarking, behaviour tracking analysis, user experiments, and data review from tools like GA4, Hotjar, or your platform's own analytics. Every method we use has one purpose: to make sure every improvement we recommend is rooted in your real customers, not assumptions.

Research is included as part of the UX Sprint and UX Partnership packages, where diagnosis, research, and implementation work together as a single, end-to-end process.

Good UX is not a one-time fix. Your business evolves, new pages get added, campaigns change, and customer behaviour shifts. The UX Partnership is built for exactly that: keeping your experience sharp long after launch.

On a monthly basis, we stay close to your platform. This includes scheduled call to review performance and priorities, a monthly mini-audit to catch any new friction points before they cost you conversions, and hands-on support for new pages or categories that need UX design, so every addition to your website meets the same standard as the rest.

What this is not: a replacement for a full UX Sprint. When a new challenge requires diagnosis, research, and implementation from scratch, that becomes its own project. The Partnership is ongoing maintenance and optimisation, keeping what works working, and catching what doesn't before it becomes a problem.
